The service

RaceReady AI provides adaptive running-coaching tools, including onboarding, daily workout recommendations, check-ins, workout timers, readiness signals, training history, optional health context, reminders, and related subscription features.

Coaching is not medical advice

RaceReady AI is a training and wellness tool, not a medical service. Its recommendations and readiness signals are informational and are not a diagnosis, treatment, medical clearance, or guarantee of race performance. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical advice when you have pain, injury symptoms, illness, or other health concerns.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is reasonably accurate and keep your account access secure.
• Use the service only for lawful personal use and do not interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Make your own decisions about whether a workout is appropriate for you and adjust or stop when your body requires it.
• Grant optional health or notification permissions only when you want those features.

Subscriptions and purchases

RaceReady Plus features may be offered through the App Store, Google Play, or a supported test store. Product names, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and purchase records are provided by the applicable store and purchase provider. You can use the app’s restore-purchases action to request that active access be reflected again.

Referrals

Referral rewards are subject to the referral flow shown in the app. A reward is granted when the invited person completes the required signup flow, not merely when an invite link is opened. We may prevent self-referrals, duplicate rewards, or activity that appears abusive.

Availability and changes

The service may change as we improve the coaching experience, and some integrations depend on your device, permissions, network, app-store availability, or provider configuration. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or users.

Disclaimers and liability

RaceReady AI is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RaceReady AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
